Born on March 20, 1973, in the village of Urnek, Leninsky District, North Kazakhstan Region.
In 1996, he graduated from the Shymkent Law College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2002, he graduated from the Kostanay Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2014, he graduated from the Central Kazakhstan Academy and was awarded a Master’s degree (scientific and pedagogical track).
From 1991 to 1993, he served in the Armed Forces of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 1996 to 2011, he held various positions in the administrative police and operational-search units of the internal affairs bodies.
From 2011 to 2012, he worked as a Senior Operative Officer in the Military Police Service of military unit No. 5449 in Almaty.
From 2012 to 2015, he served as the Head of the Military Police of military unit No. 6637 in Petropavlovsk.
From 2015 to 2016, he was the Head of the Military Police of the Military Institute of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Petropavlovsk.
In 2016, he served as the Head of the Military Police of the “Ortalyk” Regional Command of the National Guard in Karaganda.
From 2016 to 2023, he served as the Head of the Military Police of the “Shygys” Regional Command of the National Guard in Ust-Kamenogorsk.
