ERASMUS+

 

ERASMUS + is a program of the European Union aimed at supporting cooperation in the field of education, vocational training, youth and sports for the period from 2014 to 2020. The main objectives of the Erasmus + program are the improvement of the quality of education, the development of mobility and cultural connections of students. The program guarantees participants that the time spent abroad will be (subject to the conditions of the program) counted by the university upon returning home.

One of the main directions of the ERASMUS + program in the field of higher education is the KA1: Learning / Credit Mobility of Individuals - mobility for students and teachers. The European Commission provides grants to each participant in the program. Students are granted a scholarship to study for 1 semester at a host European university partner in the amount of ≈650 euro / month. + transportation costs.

Currently, the following universities are “Turan-Astana” University partners under the Erasmus+ program:

  • 1.University of Janos Kodolanyi, Hungary (expected);
  • 2.University of MATE, Hungary (expected).
