Scientific and Technical Council

The Scientific and Methodological Committee of Turan-Astana University (hereinafter referred to as the SMC) is the university's highest expert advisory body in the development and practical implementation of scientific and technical policy. The main goal, objectives, functions, composition, structure, and fundamental principles of the SMC are set out in the Regulations on the Scientific and Methodological Committee of Turan-Astana University.

The Chairman of the SMC of Turan-Astana University is S. Zh. Smoilov, PhD, Vice-Rector for Science and Commercialization.

The organizational work of the SMC is carried out by the Department of Science and Innovation.

The composition of the SMC was approved by the Rector of Turan-Astana University in accordance with Order No. 1 dated January 21, 2019
