Scientific and Technical Council
The Scientific and Technical Council of the "Turan-Astana" University is the highest expert-advisory body of the University in the field of formation and practical implementation of scientific and scientific-technical policy.

The Chairman of the Scientific and Technical Council of the "Turan-Astana" University is Doctor of Economics, Director of the Department of Science and Commercialization Rakhila U. Rakhmetova.
The organizational work of the Scientific and Technical Council of the "Turan-Astana" University is carried out by the Department of Science and Commercialization.
The composition of the Scientific and Technical Council is approved by the Rector of the "Turan-Astana" University in accordance with the order number 1 from 21.01.2019
