Council of Young Scientists
The Council of Young Scientists "TAU University" (SMU TAU University) is a permanent coordinating and advisory public body and is a youth association of representatives of scientific and educational departments of the University (faculties and departments).
The Council was created with the aim of uniting young scientists, improving the level of qualifications and promoting the professional growth of young scientists, ensuring continuity in the field of domestic science and higher education, integrating young scientists into priority fundamental and applied scientific research, as well as protecting the rights and interests of young scientists in the field of professional activity and assisting in solving their social and problems.
The main activities of SMU "TAU University":
coordination of the activities of young scientists, teachers, graduate students of TAU University;
assistance to the administration of TAU University in the formation and implementation of youth policy;
The purpose and objectives of research for the 2021-2022 academic year
The purpose of TAU's research activities is to ensure the implementation of key indicators of the State Program for the Development of Education and Science for 2020-2025
Tasks:
1. Taking measures to modernize the laboratory base and digitize the scientific infrastructure and information platform in the field of R&D
2. Activation of the activities of the Council of Young Scientists of the University in the field of coordination of work on the preparation and generation of grant applications for participation in competitions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan
3. Expansion of the form of scientific and expert support of priority areas of state policy and collaboration with foreign scientists of the European Union, Central Asia
4. Taking measures to increase the number of applied projects and acts of implementation in the real sector of the economy
5. Activation of students' and undergraduates' participation in research and project work with subsequent publication of the results in Kazakh and foreign periodicals.
