The medical center is the University’s structural subdivision, which is guided by regulatory documents in accordance with the license for medical activities:

• current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

•the University’s normative documents;

• regulatory documents on the organization of medical care to the population in health;

• The Charter of the University and Internal regulations.

       The main objective of the medical center is to provide primary ,pre-medical care to students and University staff, as well as preventive measures.

In accordance with the aims and objectives of the medical center carries out:

1.   emergency care

 2. first aid for injuries, acute diseases, poisoning;

3. development and implementation of preventive and health measures;

4.  shall maintain the registration and reporting medical documentation;

5. promotes sanitary and hygienic knowledge and a healthy lifestyle.

6. monitors the sanitary condition of buildings and dormitories;

Organization of the activities of a medical center

The medical center is located on the University's territory , the medical center has an appropriate room with all amenities  for the provision of medical care and preventive measures :

1.  office for  reception and medical care

2.  medical treatment room

 3.  vaccination room

The medical center is equipped with the necessary medical equipment and equipment; there is a set of medicines for primary aid.

The medical center has natural and artificial lighting, ventilation, a sink for washing hands.

The   operation's mode of the medical center is established and agreed with the administration.

The medical center provides assistance daily from 9.00 till 18.00 o’clock.

Carried out: the provision of first aid, emergency care, outpatient treatment; organization and conduct of annual and preventive medical examinations of students and staff.
