"TAU-InnoHub" functions as an ECOSYSTEM and provides unique opportunities for the implementation of startups and innovative projects.
To support teams implementing startups, TAU-InnoHub offers the following ACCELERATION PROGRAM formats:
1. Intensive programs that involve a series of master classes, trainings and consultations. Focus on working with mentors on specific aspects of startup implementation (product development, marketing, finance, etc.).
2. Mentoring programs that include individual or group mentoring from experts, which involves not only training, but also practical guidance during the project. Mentors will help startups solve specific business problems (entering new markets, attracting investment, etc.).
3. Virtual programs that are held online for the convenience of teams implementing startups. Mentoring support is provided through video conferences, webinars, forums and chats.
4. Programs with investment, which are aimed at helping to attract investment and bring a startup to the market. It is possible to provide seed capital in exchange for a stake in the company.
5. Programs with access to international markets, which focus on preparing startups for entering international markets, help startups adapt their product to different regions of the world, study the peculiarities of foreign markets and establish contacts with international investors and partners.
6. Hybrid programs, combining elements of online and offline formats, providing flexibility for participants.
7. Acceleration with a focus on social entrepreneurship. The program is aimed at startups solving social, environmental or other important social problems.
ALL ACCELERATION PROGRAMS ARE BASED ON THE SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENTS OF UNIVERSITY TEACHERS AND THE UNIQUE PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE OF SPECIALISTS WORKING AT OUR UNIVERSITY.
The seminar “ENTREPRENEURIAL LABYRINTH” is in progress, where participants in acceleration programs discuss the problems of:
• choosing the organizational and legal form of their business,
• generating innovations,
• investment activity,
• risk management,
• efficiency of business communications,
• entrepreneurship ethics.
"TAU-InnoHub" holds MASTER CLASSES on various aspects of startup project implementation. Registration is required to participate: follow the announcements on the university website.
HOW TO BECOME A RESIDENT OF "TAU-InnoHub":
students contact the relevant department, which conducts an examination of the project and prepares a submission to the Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation. Based on the department's submission, the Vice-Rector makes a decision on including the startup in the acceleration program.
AT THE INITIAL STAGE OF A STARTUP PROJECT, THE TEAM ONLY NEEDS TO FORM AN IDEA OF THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:
1. Startup name
2. Founders
3. Objectives of participation in the program (to obtain funding, consultations, mentoring, expanding the network of contacts, etc.)
4. Description of the product or service
5. Innovations or unique approaches
6. Description of the target market
7. Competitive advantages
8. Business model
9. Growth strategy
10. Difficulties
Participants in acceleration programs may enter into a "CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT" that regulates the rights to intellectual property created during the acceleration program and confidential information that the parties have access to during the implementation of the acceleration program.
Confidential information may include: developments, drawings, software, business plans, marketing strategies, financial data, technological solutions, as well as any other information that the team implementing the startup may include in the Agreement as confidential.
