The students of the University "Turan-Astana" take an active part in the public life not only of the university but of the capital as a whole. Recently, the Department of Youth Policy of the City of Nur-Sultan and the private foundation " Convention of Youth of Kazakhstan" organized a competition for the prevention of drug addiction among the youth of the city of Nur-Sultan, in which TAU students also took part.

Among of 76 participants, 1st place for the best video was taken by the student of the US UP 20-2 group of the Department of National and International Law of the University Abdi Sherkhan with a cash prize of 300,000 tenge.
