Guest lecture of the Adviser of Justice Suleimenova S.S. for students of the Department of National and International Law

On February 21, 2023, a series of guest lectures started at the Department of National and International Law within the framework of a Memorandum signed between Turan-Astana University and the Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The first lecture was held by the adviser of Justice Suleimenova S.S. on the topic: "Human incapacity in modern conditions: analysis of law enforcement practice". The task of the lecture was not only to comment on the basic concepts, the procedure, the grounds for recognizing a citizen as incapacitated and the legal consequences of granting this status, but also to reveal the relevance of the topic in modern conditions. The goals set by the lecturer were achieved. The students asked questions to which they received exhaustive answers.
