INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE "PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF THE FORMATION OF INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION OF STUDENTS IN THE ERA OF GLOBALIZATION"
On April 4-5, 2024, the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Psychological aspects of the formation of intercultural communication of students in the era of globalization" was held at Turan-Astana University, which became one of the extraordinary events in the educational and scientific life of the university. The purpose of the conference is the exchange of experience, the definition of conceptual provisions, the identification of effective methods for the formation of intercultural communication of students, experimental work and approbation in the context of globalization.
The high interest in the conference (more than 90 applications received) demonstrates the importance and relevance of this event. The conference was attended by more than five hundred people from the USA, Turkey, Russia (Tatarstan, Kalmykia, Udmurtia), Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.
The Rector of the University, Professor Gulzhamal Alkenovna Dzhaparova, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the University of Turan-Astana, Vice-President of the educational corporation "Turan", Academician of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Kazakhstan Aliyev Urak Zholmurzaevich delivered a welcoming speech. A welcome address was read out from the Rector of the Mari State University, Doctor of Economics Mikhail Nikolaevich Shvetsov.
The moderator was Zamira Dzhuraevna Baubekova (Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Sciences and Language Disciplines at Turan-Astana University).
The conference was attended by well-known scientists, university and college professors, doctoral students, undergraduates, and students. The dialogue and discussion platform in offline and online modes was organized on the Zoom platform.

Fakhrutdinova (PhD, Professor of KFU Institute of Psychology and Education, Kazan, Russia); N.A. Shermukhamedov (PhD, Professor of M.Ulugbek NUUz, Tashkent, Uzbekistan); K. T. Atemova (PhD Professor of L.Gumilyov ENU, Astana, Kazakhstan); D.A. Mulloboeva (Ph.D., Associate Professor of Tajik National University, Dushanbe, Tajikistan); S.D. Ismailzade (Ph.D., Associate Professor of Ganja State University, Ganja, Azerbaijan); E.K. Sharipova (Ph.D. Professor of Osh State University, Osh, Kyrgyzstan) and many others.
At the plenary session No. 2, reports of young scientists, undergraduates and doctoral students from Kazakhstan and countries near and far abroad were presented. The presentations of the speakers were distinguished by their novelty, relevance and received a good response from the audience.
The modern world today and life itself force all of us to learn to think globally, anew and from our own experience, mastering the science and art of communication. The moment you stop learning, you start dying (A. Einstein).
We hope that we have managed to create conditions for a constructive dialogue and exchange of experience and opinions between young scientists.
We are confident that the results of scientific discussions and discussions will be useful to all participants of this conference, and the proposed recommendations will find their application in the further practical activities of each of them.
