On April 29–30, the Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages in Almaty hosted the Republican Subject Olympiad for students majoring in “Translation Studies.”

On April 29–30, the Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages in Almaty hosted the Republican Subject Olympiad for students majoring in “Translation Studies.”

Fourth-year student of the “Translation Studies” educational program from the Department of Social and Humanitarian Sciences and Language Disciplines at Turan-Astana University, Elizaveta Alyakina (group PD-21-2), took 3rd place in the nationwide Olympiad.

A total of 250 students from 26 universities across Kazakhstan participated in the competition, demonstrating their knowledge through theoretical and practical translation tasks. Elizaveta achieved excellent results and ranked among the best participants.

The university staff sincerely congratulates Elizaveta and wishes her continued success in her studies and professional career.
