Meeting with Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law, Professor I. Borchashvili

On October 31, 2019 at 14.00, as part of the guest lecture on the topic “Novels of the Criminal Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, a meeting was held with Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law, Professor I. Borchashvili.

The lecture addressed issues of crime prevention, toughening and mitigating punishment, the need to introduce criminal liability for cattle theft, reforming the system of punishment for certain types of crimes on behalf of the Head of State K.Tokayev.
