On October 20, the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted an international exhibition dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the Art Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On October 20, the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted an international exhibition dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the Art Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in honor of the memory of the first President of the Art Academy, Honored Worker of Kazakhstan L.S. Urazbekova. Students and teaching staff of the specialty "Design" participated in the grand opening of the international exhibition. More than 180 works of graphics, painting and arts and crafts are presented to the viewer at the exhibition.

At the round table held within the framework of the international exhibition, the Vice-Provost for science and innovation of the Turan-Astana University, Ph.D. Smoilov S.Zh. Master, Senior Lecturer of the Department "Design, Service and Tourism" G.S.Karimova made a report. Chairman of the Senate of the Republic of Kazakhstan M.S.Ashimbaev, Minister of Culture and Sports D.A.Abaev, Mayor of Astana A.S.Kulginov and President of the Academy of Arts A.A.Akanaev spoke at the opening of the exhibition.

Issues related to the further development of the Art Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the promotion of culture on the world stage, close cooperation with other countries, as well as attracting the younger generation to creative thinking were touched upon.
