Participation of stakeholders in the development of an educational program
On January 30, 2023, the Department of Business Administration held a
roundtable to discuss educational programs for the 2023-2024 academic year with
employers for approval.
The main purpose of this event was to bring educational programs to the needs of
employers.
Accordingly, with the realization of the new State program of development of
education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2020-2025, the prime task
is updating educational programs based on professional standards. The
educational program, developed based on the Professional Standard, reflects
professional competencies and credentials of graduates to carry out professional
activities.
In the discussion of the Educational programs 6В04105 - State and Local
Administration, 6В04105 - Management, 6В044101 - Economics, 6В04103 -
Accounting and Auditing, 6В04104 - Finance, 7М04105 - State and Local
Administration, 7M04105 - Management, 7M044101 - Economics, 7M04103 -
Accounting and Auditing, 7M04104 - Finance for the 2023-2024 academic year
were attended by the following representatives of government agencies, small
and medium-sized businesses, and non-profit organizations:
1. Doskulov Daulet Boranbayevich - Head of the Department of Control and
Quality of Urban Environment of Astana.
2. Tleulin Chingiz Maratovich - Head of Youth Resource Center (communal state
institution) "Astana Zhastary".
3. Kasymkanova Akmaral Nurbekovna - Director of "START" government agency.
4. Tleubaev Arman Yermekovich - Director of SMARTINVEST LS LLP.

According to the results of the round table, recommendations for
improvement of educational programs from employers were given.
