Turan-Astana University hosted the Republican Subject Olympiad in Jurisprudence
On April 18, 2024, Turan-Astana University hosted the Republican Subject Olympiad in Jurisprudence for students from higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The aim of the Olympiad was to identify and develop the professional abilities of future lawyers. A total of 24 higher educational institutions participated.
The Olympiad consisted of two rounds: in the first round, participants solved test tasks on criminal and civil law, while in the second round, they tackled situational cases on criminal and civil procedures. Each participant's work was evaluated individually, and six students who scored the highest number of points were recommended for prize places.
As a result of the two rounds, the winner of the Olympiad was Armanqyzy Kyzgaldak, a student of Turan University, supervised by Jumabaeva K.A.
Sergei Ivanovich Moskal, a student of the International University of Astana, supervised by Borchashvili I.Sh., was awarded the second-degree diploma.
Danarqyzy Karlygash, a student of the International University of Astana, supervised by Seilkhanov Zh.D., was also awarded the second-degree diploma.
The third-degree diploma was awarded to the following students:
- Milana Ruslanovna Oshlakova, a student of Caspian University, supervised by Akimbekova S.A.
- Anna Igorevna Kozyreva, a student of Caspian University, supervised by Dilmukhametov S.L.
- Moldir Medetova, a student of the H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University, supervised by Tajigaliyeva M.Zh.
