On September 17, 2018, a collective meeting was held at the Turan-Astana University, at whichit was decided:

• To create a primary trade union organization at the University "Turan-Astana", Astana city, Akmola region.

• The decision on the establishment of the primary organization should be sent to the regional organization of the trade union of education workers of Astana and Akmola region for inclusion in the register of the Trade Union

Support of teaching staff and staff of the University "Turan-Astana"

1. Financial assistance is provided:

-employees, members of the trade union on the basis of a personal statement;

-low-income and large employees;

-a celebration of the anniversaries is held;

-material support is provided on the occasion of professional holidays at faculties, departments and divisions;

- funds are spent on sports and cultural events;

-assistance is provided in case of loss of family members or close relatives;

-New Year's gifts to trade union members;

-partial payment of sanatorium and resort vouchers in Kazakhstan for teaching staff and employees (30%);
