Education:
In 1986, he graduated from the E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University with a degree in Law.
In 2007, under the supervision of Doctor of Law, Professor A.D. Shaimukhanov, specialty 12.00.09- "Criminal procedure and forensic examination; operational investigative activities" defended his PhD thesis on the topic: "Legal and organizational bases for the disclosure of robberies on citizens' homes by criminal police apparatuses of internal affairs bodies."
Awards:
He was awarded medals and badges of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Financial Police.
