SERIKBAYEVA BAGLAN MUKHAMEDZHANOVNA, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the "Business Administration" Department.

Born in Shakhtinsk, Karaganda Region.

In 1995, she graduated from Karaganda State University named after E. Buketov with a degree in "Finance and Credit."

In 2007, she defended her PhD dissertation on the topic: "Enhancing the Efficiency of Industrial Production Potential."

In 2012, she graduated from the Innovative Eurasian University with a degree in "Jurisprudence."

WORK EXPERIENCE

From 1994 to 2021, she worked in the tax service authorities as a specialist, senior specialist, chief tax inspector, department head, and head of the Directorate of the State Revenue Department for Pavlodar Region.
         From 2007 to 2023, she worked as an Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer at the Innovative Eurasian University.
         From 2023 to 2024, she served as an Associate Professor at the Institute of Management at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since September 2024, she has been an Associate Professor at the "Business Administration" Department of the Graduate School of Business and Digital Technologies, Turan-Astana University.
