Born on October 20, 1988 in Pavlodar region.
In 2010, she graduated with honors from Pavlodar State University, specializing in "State and Local Government".
In 2014, she received a Master of Economics degree, specializing in "Statistics", from the Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade.
In 2020, she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic: "Development of the service production sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the context of economic modernization of the economy" in the specialty 6D050600 - "Economics".
In the period from January 2024 to June 2024, she worked at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, associate professor. In the period from September 2019 to December 2023, she was an acting associate professor at the Institute of Management of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, part-time with her main place of work.
