Born on September 28, 1989, in Taraz, Zhambyl Region.
Graduate of the Aysha-Bibi Kazakh-Turkish Lyceum.
In 2012, she graduated with honors from Karaganda State University named after A.E. Buketov, majoring in “International Law.”
In 2015, she completed her master’s degree with honors and was awarded the academic degree of “Master of Laws.”
Work Experience:
• From 2014 to 2016, she worked as a legal advisor at the Karaganda State Medical University under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• From 2016 to 2018, she worked as a lawyer at the private company “Kopbaeva.”
• From 2018 to 2023, she worked as a lecturer and then as a senior lecturer at the Department of Constitutional and International Law, Faculty of Law, Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketov.
• From May to August 2024, she worked as a Chief Expert in the “Regulatory Functions Implementation Department” of the Industrial Safety Committee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
