Turan-Astana University, with the aim of motivating and encouraging students, implements the program of the named scholarship in honor of the Hero of the Soviet Union, People's Hero, astronaut-researcher, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Toktar Ongarbayevich Aubakirov.
The scholarship is awarded to students in their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd years who have achieved significant success in their studies, research, sports, and creative activities.
The application process is conducted annually from January 20 to February 22.
To participate in the competition, applicants need to provide the following documents:
- A letter of participation in the competition according to Appendix 1 (no more than 1 page).
- A participant's questionnaire not exceeding 1 printed page in accordance with the appendix.
- A copy of the identity card and a copy of the academic record.
- A portfolio of the participant
