Guest lecturer - member of the lawyers association of the city of Nur-Sultan, Serikbekova Samal

On October 9, 2019, as part of the guest lecture, a training was conducted for students of the specialties “Jurisprudence” and “International Law” by a candidate of legal sciences, associate professor, member of the lawyers association of the city of Nur-Sultan Serikbekova Samal Bakytovna on the topic “Novels of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.

During the training, the most problematic issues of concluding, amending and terminating the employment contract were highlighted, the problems of law enforcement practice on the illegal dismissal of employees were voiced, and the legal consequences of the illegal termination of the employment contract were also considered.
