Modern trends in Practical Psychology of Education

 The International seminar on the topic: "Modern Trends in Practical Psychology of Education," dedicated to the 65th anniversary of Professor Zhantikeyev Serik Krykbaevich was held on November 26, 2024 at Turan-Astana University.
       The scientific and educational forum brought together leading experts in the field of educational psychology. The Rector of the University, Professor Gulzhamal Alkenovna Japarova, made a welcoming speech. Associate Professor - Irgebayeva N.M. ("Gibratty gumyr")  of the Department of Social Humanities and Language Disciplines reported on the scientific and pedagogical activities of Professor Zhantikeyev S.K., and state and political figures of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mynbai D.K., Sairov E.B., Telebayev G.T., Shoikin G.N. informed about joint activities with the hero of the anniversary in 2000ths in the Ministry of Culture, Information and Public Consent of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the welcoming speech of scientists from different universities of Kazakhstan, professors Seytkazy P.B., Kabakova М.P., Sabirova R.Sh., Umurkulova М.М., Тanirbergenova А.Sh. specified the contribution to the development of academic and practical psychology and pedagogy, its role in improving educational processes made by Serik Zhantikeyev. Professor of Osh State University of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan E.K. Sharipova reported on the contribution of Professor S.K. Zhantikeyev to international cooperation in the educational sphere. Chairman of the Union of Psychologists of Kazakhstan, practical psychologist Asanova G.E., noted the cooperation of public organizations with S.K. Zhantikeyev in professional and expert activities. 
Foreign and Kazakhstan speakers participated in the work of the International Seminar, in particular, the Director of the Institute of Psychology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Academic D.V. Ushakov, Professor of the University of Cambridge (USA) A.S. Soloveichik, Professor of the Chisinau University of the Republic of Moldova I.I. Raku, Director of the Center for Psychological Support of Education "TOCHKA PSI" M.R. Bityanova, presenter of the television project "Understand. Forgive", psychotherapist G.V. Timoshenko.
Within the framework of the International Seminar, Professor of the Tyumen State University E.L. Dotsenko read guest - lectures for the university' students.
During the seminar, the participants discussed current trends and innovative approaches in the field of educational psychology, the role of psychology in the development of educational processes and the influence of modern trends on the formation of effective educational strategies.
Within the framework of the International Seminar, discussions and master classes were organized, where the participants exchanged experience, discussed modern achievements, emphasized the importance of scientific research and proposed ways to solve current problems in the field of educational psychology to improve educational practices.
The moderator of the International Seminar, Professor Z.D. Baubekova, presented the draft Resolution, which was approved with one voice by the participants of the science and educational forum.
