University dormitory
Student accommodation is provided in strict accordance with the Housing Regulations and sanitary standards.
Move-in begins on August 30.
Priority accommodation rights are granted to students enrolled under the state educational order (grants). Remaining places are distributed among students studying on a tuition-paying basis.
To secure accommodation, students must submit the following documents:
- An application addressed to the Residence Supervisor;
- An identity document;
- A medical certificate (issued upon passing a medical examination);
- A receipt confirming payment for accommodation.
The accommodation fee is established in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the actual maintenance costs of the residence.
TAU University offers 4 accommodation options:
1. Student Residence (5-minute walk from the university)
Rooms are fully furnished with IKEA furniture.
Amenities include a laundry room, kitchen, lounge room, and a shared bathroom.
Cost: 45,000 KZT / month.
Occupancy ranges from 3 persons (medium rooms) up to 6 persons (large rooms).
Non-resident first-year students are accommodated on a priority basis.

2. Student Residence (located on the university campus)
Modern, premium interior design.
Euro-renovated premises.
Room options: double, triple, and quadruple occupancy with a shared bathroom.
Cost: 45,000 KZT / month.

3. Student Residence (exclusive for female students)
3-minute walk from the university.

4. "TAU HOUSE" Student Campus (26/1 Stepan Razin Street, Right Bank)
A brand-new facility, opened last year.
Breakfast is included in the cost.
Each room is equipped with a private bathroom and a refrigerator.
Cost: 55,000 – 70,000 KZT / month; room options range from 2 to 4 persons.
