Friends, every year our university hosts a competition for the award of the nominal scholarship of Hero of the Soviet Union, Halyk Kaharmany, cosmonaut-researcher, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Toktar Ongarbaevich Aubakirov
To become the owner of this scholarship, a student must have the highest academic rating, take an active part in the life of the University, have success in the scientific field. The names of the best of the best are approved at a meeting of the Academic Council of the University.

Applications for participation in the competition for the award of T.O. Aubakirov's personal scholarship are accepted from January 20 to February 10.
