Born on October 24, 1975, in Karaganda.
In 1996, graduated from the Kazakh Institute of Consumer Cooperation with a degree in Finance and Credit and obtained the qualification of Economist.
In 1997–1998, worked as a Lecturer at the Kazakh Institute of Consumer Cooperation in Karaganda.
In 1998, enrolled in full-time postgraduate studies in specialty 08.00.10 "Finance, Money Circulation and Credit".
In 2002, defended her Candidate of Sciences dissertation in specialty 08.00.10 "Finance, Money Circulation and Credit" under the scientific supervision of Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Nurila Kenzhebekovna Kuchukova.
In 2002–2004, held the position of Senior Lecturer at the Department of Financial and Banking Management at Karaganda Economic University.
In 2004–2006, worked as Head of the Department of Finance at the private institution MGTU in Karaganda.
In 2007–2018, held the position of Associate Professor at the Department of Finance, Taxation and Insurance at KEUK in Karaganda.
From 2018 to 2022, held the position of Associate Professor at the Department of Finance and Customs Affairs at Financial Academy JSC in Astana.
From 2022 to 2025, worked as Associate Professor at the Department of Economic and Mathematical Disciplines at A.K. Kussayinov Eurasian Humanities Institute.
