Born on April 9, 1958, in Berlikustem village, Chu District, Zhambyl Region.
From 1975 to 1978, worked as a teacher of labor training and physical education at V.P. Chkalov Secondary School.
From 1978 to 1983, studied Political Economy at the Faculty of Philosophy and Economics.
From 1988 to 1991, was a postgraduate student in specialty 08.00.01 – Political Economy at the Moscow Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
From 2006 to 2009, was a doctoral student in specialty 25.00.36 – Geoecology at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University.
Total work experience: 46 years; scientific and pedagogical experience: 38 years.
Professional activity includes work at M.Kh. Dulaty Taraz State University (1983–2011), L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (2011–2016; 2017–2021), and Turan-Astana University (2016–2017).
During his academic career, he has been awarded certificates of appreciation, diplomas, monetary bonuses, and the “L.N. Gumilyov Medal.”
