Born on December 20, 1952, in Kokchetav Region.
In 1974, graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Soviet Trade with a degree in “Technology and Organization of Public Catering.” Qualification: Engineer-Technologist.
In 2001, graduated from Kokshetau Humanitarian and Economic University with a degree in “Finance and Credit.” Qualification: Financier-Economist.
In 2010, defended her Candidate’s dissertation at the Dissertation Council of Kazakh National Agrarian University, specialty 08.00.05 – “Economics and Management of the National Economy (Agriculture).”
Scientific supervisor: Doctor of Economic Sciences, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zh.Zh. Suleimenov.
Dissertation topic: “Functioning of the Meat Product Complex of Kazakhstan under New Economic Conditions.”
