Born on January 15, 1962 in Karatau city, Zhambyl region.
In 1984, graduated Karaganda State University with honors, majoring in “Jurisprudence”.
In 2001, completed postgraduate studies at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, defended candidate’s dissertation.
From 1984 to 1985, worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure at the Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketov.
From 1985 to 1987, served in Active Military Service In Military Unit No. 20 222 of the Far Eastern Military District of the USSR.
In the period from 1987 to 1993, worked in the Prosecutor’s Office of Zhambyl region: as Assistant Prosecutor of Sverdlovsk district and Shu city, as Senior Prosecutor of the General Supervision Department of the Zhambyl region Prosecutor’s Office.
From 1993 to 2012, worked in various judicial positions: People’s Judge of the Zhambyl district People’s Court of Zhambyl region, Chairman of the Court of the Zhualy and Merke districts of Zhambyl region, Judge of the Medeu and Alatau district courts of Almaty city.
From 2013 to 2015, worked as a Leading Research Officer, Deputy Head of the administrative department of Joint Stock Company “Center for Military-Strategic Research” of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the specified period of time, worked as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Civil and Civil Procedural Law at the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University in Astana city, half-time.
From 2015 to 2016, worked as Deputy Director of the “Real Estate Center” Department - Branch of the Non-Profit Joint Stock Company “State Corporation “Government for Citizens” in Kostanay region.
At the same time, conducted lectures and practical classes for cadets and students of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev.
From 2016 to 2017, worked as a Chief Specialist of the Information Technology Department, Head of the Legal Support Department of the Directorate of the Land Cadastre and Technical Real Estate Survey – Branch of the Non-Profit Joint Stock Company “State Corporation “Government for Citizens”.
From 2018 to 2021, worked as a Chief Specialist, Head of the Legal Support Department of the Institution “Directorate for Asset Management of the Republican Association of Trade Unions “Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
From 2021 to 2023, worked as a Chief Specialist of the Legal Support and Organization of Public Procurement Department of Non-Profit Joint Stock Company “Astana Medical University”, acted as Director of the Internal Administration Department of Non-Profit Joint Stock Company “Astana Medical University”.
From 2023 to 2025, worked as the Head of the Legal Support Department of JSC “Kazakh University of Technology and Business named after K. Kulazhanov”. At the same time, acted as an Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the named University on a half-time basis.
Holds licenses of a professional lawyer and mediator.
Holds certificates of completion of training in the fundamentals of law and anti-corruption culture, in the application of labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the development of negotiation skills and reaching consensus in labor disputes, in current issues of environmental legislation and industrial environmental control in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and in the creation of a comfortable educational environment for students with special educational needs in an inclusive higher education institution.
