ZHANGULOVA ALNARA BOKOYKHANOVNA, Master of Laws.
I was born on April 22, 1984, in Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan Region.
In 2006, I graduated with honors from S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in law.
In 2018, I graduated with honors from the Academy of Justice at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a master's degree in law.
2006-2010: I worked as a bailiff for the Court Administrator of the East Kazakhstan region and the Court Administrator of the city of Astana.
2010: I held the position of Expert for the Committee on Judicial Administration under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2010-2014: I was the Senior Expert for the Committee for the Enforcement of Judicial Acts of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2014: I worked as the Senior Specialist for the Republican Chamber of Private Bailiffs.
2015-2019: I served as the Chief Consultant of the Department of Legal Support and Secretariat of the Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases under the Department for Support of the Activities of the Courts of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Apparatus of the Supreme Court).
2019-2025: I was a judge of the Almaty District Court of the city of Nur-Sultan and a judge of the Inter-district Court for Civil Cases of the city of Astana.
2025-Present: I am currently the Senior Expert of the Republican Chamber of Private Bailiffs.
I was a member of the working group for the development of the Civil Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2015) and the commentary on it. I underwent an international internship in Germany, at the University of Wismar (2017). As part of an experience exchange program, I studied the practice of compulsory enforcement in France, in Paris (2013).
I have received departmental awards (certificates of honor, letters of appreciation from the Minister of Justice, the Head of the Supreme Court, the Administrator of the Courts, etc.).
