Born on February 28, 1981, in Zhitikara, Kostanay region.
Holds higher education in law and economics.
Since August 2002, has been serving in the law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Currently holds the position of Head of Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Member of the National Commission under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Women’s Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Within his professional and public service, he has participated in the development and implementation of key initiatives aimed at improving the legal system of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
- 2014 — participation in the development of the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations (ERDR)
- 2017 — participation in the development and implementation of the electronic criminal case system
- 2023 — participation in drafting the law strengthening liability for domestic violence
- 2024 — participation in drafting the law on criminalization of battery and minor bodily harm
- 2024–2025 — participation in drafting the Law “On the Prevention of Offenses”
