TAU Media is a student organization focused on creating and developing university media content, as well as covering student life, events, and significant activities. The club brings together students interested in journalism, video production, photography, editing, social media management, and modern media formats. Its main goal is to develop students’ media skills, foster a creative approach to content creation, and teach effective communication through modern information platforms.
The activities of TAU Media are carried out in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including quality education (SDG 4), reduced inequalities (SDG 10), promotion of innovation and information technology infrastructure (SDG 9), and strengthening sustainable communities through communication and media (SDG 11).
The organization plays a key role in the university’s informational life: members produce photo and video materials, publish news, highlight student achievements, and help shape a positive image of the university. Participation in the club provides students with practical experience in media, develops teamwork skills, and nurtures creative potential.
Activities include photographing and filming events, video editing and publication, conducting interviews with students and faculty, managing the university’s social media accounts, and participating in media projects. Special attention is given to creating an inclusive environment that ensures participation of all students, including those with special educational needs, in content creation and media activities.
Participation in TAU Media promotes professional development, mastery of modern media production tools, improved communication and critical thinking skills, as well as social engagement and responsibility.
Thus, TAU Media serves as a platform for students’ creative and professional self-realization, promoting inclusivity and sustainable development values within the student community.
