DEAR CONTEMPORARIES!

Exactly 28 years ago, on May 15, the foundation of our Turan-Astana University was laid - initially as a branch of Turan University, and subsequently as an independent legal entity. Since then, the university staff has been successfully dedicated to preparing high-quality specialists for our country through bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs.

​The "Educational Science Research Center" and several laboratories operate within the university. We also look forward to the opening of the "Institute for Economic Research" in the near future. Having established close ties with numerous domestic and foreign scientific and educational institutions, the university has turned the hosting of international scientific forums on pressing modern issues into a steadfast tradition.

​Our students and master's candidates regularly participate in national and international scientific Olympiads and competitions, consistently increasing our number of winners at the city, national, and international levels. In this regard, we have gifted students who have secured first-place victories even on a global scale. We take sincere pride in them!

​All necessary conditions have been created for the university's youth to receive a quality education and become active citizens who care for the nation’s welfare. This includes new academic buildings, a library and reading rooms, well-equipped dormitories, cafeterias, and various sports and wellness facilities. Speaking of dormitories, the construction of a new multi-story student residence has already begun. I wish great success to this endeavor!

​I extend my heartfelt congratulations on this University Day to the entire university staff, who are successfully carrying out these constructive and noble deeds under the expert leadership of the University Rector, Professor Gulzhamal Alkenkyzy Japarova. My congratulations go to the faculty (the "golden fund" of our university), the administrative and support staff, the thousands of students, master's and doctoral candidates, as well as all university partners and supporters.
