InterestedXVI International Scientific and Practical Conference: "AI-Transformation: The Path of Innovation from University Laboratory to Market"

On April 29–30, 2026, Turan-Astana University will host a landmark scientific and educational event - the XVI International Scientific and Practical Conference. This forum is dedicated to a significant milestone — the 80th anniversary of Khalyk Kaharmany, the first Kazakh cosmonaut, Toktar Ongarbayevich Aubakirov.
Strategic Objective
The forum aims to develop systemic approaches to the commercialization of artificial intelligence developments and to consolidate the efforts of the academic community to strengthen the country's scientific and technological sovereignty.

The conference is expected to feature:
Zhaslan Madiyev — Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Holding the conference in honor of Toktar Aubakirov’s anniversary emphasizes the continuity of the tradition of service to science: from heroic achievements in space exploration to modern digital breakthroughs. The personal example and contribution of Toktar Ongarbayevich to the nation's development serve as a key benchmark for a new generation of researchers.
