Turlybayev Oryn Nurzhanovich, candidate of Law sciences, Associate Professor.

Born on 08.10.1979 in Shymkent.

In 2000, he graduated with honors from the Karaganda Law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in jurisprudence.

In 2006, he graduated from the Karaganda economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Accounting and audit.

In 2006, under the guidance of Doctor of law, professor B. M. Nurgaliyev, he defended his dissertation for the degree of candidate of Legal Sciences in the specialty 12.00.09: criminal process; criminalistics and forensic expertise; Ord.

In 2009, by the decision of the committee for supervision in the field of Education and science of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was awarded the academic title "associate professor of law".

From 1996 to 2009, he worked in the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2010 to 2014, he worked in the financial police of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2014 to 2025, he held senior positions in the investigative units of the Economic Investigation Service.

From November 2025 to the present, he is a lawyer of the Bar Association of Astana.

Since December 2025, Associate Professor of the Department of National and International Law at Turan-Astana University.

He has more than 10 years of scientific and pedagogical experience and more than 12 years of investigative and operational work.

In 2023, a project management certificate was obtained according to the ISO standard ST RK ISO 21500.

Author of more than 50 publications, including 1 monograph, 2 manuals, 1 textbook "Criminalistics" (as part of the author's team).
