RYSKELDY AYKENOVA – Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor.

Graduated in 1972 from S. Seifullin Tselinograd State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Russian Language and Literature. Completed postgraduate studies at the Kazakh State University of World Languages and International Relations (Department of Pedagogy and Psychology) and defended her Candidate (PhD) dissertation in 1998. In 2010, after completing doctoral studies, she defended her Doctoral dissertation in the specialty 13.00.08 – Theory and Methodology of Professional Education.

After graduation, from 1972 to 1981, she worked as a teacher of Russian Language and Literature at a secondary school. From 1986 to 1993, she worked as a lecturer and senior lecturer at the Department of Practical Russian Language at Karaganda Pedagogical Institute.

From 1996 to 2004, she worked at E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University as a Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor at the Department of Methods and Practice of Russian Language and Literature. From 2004 to 2015, she worked at Karaganda State Medical University as Head of the Department of Languages, Head of the Department of Russian and Kazakh Languages, and Head of the Department of Russian and Latin Languages.

From 2015 to 2016, she served as Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines at Turan-Astana University. Since 2016, she has been working as a Professor at the Department of Social, Humanitarian and Language Disciplines at Turan-Astana University.

The number of patents and intellectual property certificates in recent years: total – 30, including 14 obtained in 2023–2025.

Author of more than 200 scientific publications. Publications in leading academic journals include: Scopus-indexed journals – 8, journals with impact factor – 4, Thomson Reuters – 2, KOKSON – 25, as well as 10 articles published in peer-reviewed Russian journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission (VAK RF), and in international and national journals and conference proceedings.
