Born on May 28, 1972, in Tselinograd (now Astana).
In 1994, graduated from the Karaganda Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in Law.
In 2024, was awarded a Master’s degree in Law (7M04217 “Jurisprudence”) by Kokshetau University named after Abai Myrzakhmetov.
From 1994 to 2001, served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Investigation Committee, and the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan in positions of investigator, senior investigator, and senior investigator for particularly important cases.
From 2001 to 2007, served in officer positions within the Legal Department of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2007–2008, headed the Legal Unit of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2008 to 2010, served as Head of the Legal Department of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2010 to 2013, headed divisions of the Personnel Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2014, has been serving in senior positions within the Legal Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Currently heads this Service.
