Born on 18 July 1970 in Semey, East Kazakhstan Region.
In 1993, graduated from Semey State Pedagogical Institute with a qualification as a teacher of Kazakh Language and Literature.
In 1993, began an academic career as a lecturer in the Department of Languages at the Semey Zootechnical and Veterinary Institute.
From 1996 to 2002, served as a lecturer at Shakarim Semey Pedagogical Institute.
From 2002 to 2004, completed an internship at the Department of General Linguistics at Abai Almaty Pedagogical University.
In 2004–2005, served as Deputy Dean for Research at the Faculty of Philology of Shakarim Semey State University.
From 2005 to 2007, held academic positions at Pavlodar State Pedagogical Institute in areas related to Kazakh language, language-teaching methodology, and journalism.
From 2007 to 2009, worked at Innovative Eurasian University in Pavlodar.
From 2009 to 2018, served as a professor in the Department of Kazakh Philology at S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University.
From 2013 to 2015, served as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Education.
From 2018 to 2022, served as a professor in the Department of Social Sciences, Humanities and Languages at Turan-Astana University; from 2019 to 2022, headed the department.
From 2022 to 2025, worked as a Leading Research Fellow in the Applied Linguistics Department of the Shaiysultan Shaikhmetov National Scientific and Practical Centre 'Til-Qazyna'.
Research output: More than 100 scholarly publications, including 38 publications in journals recommended by the authorised body, 9 articles in journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, 8 publications in other scholarly outlets, 2 monographs, 4 co-authored monographs, 4 individually authored teaching manuals, 8 co-authored teaching manuals, and 5 electronic teaching resources.
Awards: Recipient of the 'Best University Teacher' grant (2011); Certificate of Honour from the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2023); Order 'For Contribution to the Development of Science' (2024); commemorative medal of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan marking the 125th anniversary of Kanysh Satbayev (2024); and medal from the Akim of Kostanay Region commemorating the 150th anniversary of Akhmet Baitursynuly (2024).
Currently serves as Associate Professor in the Department of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, Faculty of International Relations, L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
