ANNOUNCEMENT OF COMPETITION FOR VACANT POSITIONS OF THE TEACHING STAFF Institution

     Institution "Turan-Astana University" announces a competition for the following vacant positions of the teaching staff:

 

Higher School of Law and Humanities:

1) Department of "National and International Law":

EP "Jurisprudence", "International Law", "Digital Jurisprudence", "Legal Regulation of the Economy": — Associate Professor position (with academic degree/title) — 3 units; Senior Lecturer position — 2 units.

2) Department of "Psychology and Social-Humanitarian Disciplines":

EP "Psychology" — Associate Professor position (with academic degree/title) — 3 units;

General Education Disciplines cycle (sociology, political science, cultural studies, philosophy) — Associate Professor position (with academic degree/title) — 2 units; Senior Lecturer position — 4 units.

3) Department of "Language Communication and Translation Studies":

EP "Translation Studies" (English, Chinese) — Professor position (with academic degree/title) — 2 units;

General Education Disciplines cycle (Foreign Language: English) — Senior Lecturer and Lecturer positions — 12 units.

 

Higher School of Business and Digital Technologies:

1) Department of "Business Administration":

EP "Accounting and Audit" / "Finance" / "Economics" / "Marketing" — Associate Professor position (with academic degree/title) — 1 unit; Senior Lecturer position — 2 units.

2) Department of "Design, Service and Tourism":

EP "Tourism", "Restaurant and Hotel Business" — Associate Professor position (with academic degree/title) — 2 units;

EP "Design" (graphic design), "Environmental and Interior Design" (specialists: environmental designer, interior designer, architectural design) — Senior Lecturer position — 3 units;

EP "Directing" — Senior Lecturer position — 1 unit;

General Education Disciplines cycle (Ecology, Life Safety — 1 unit).

3) Department of "Information Technologies":

EP "Information Systems", EP "Computer Engineering and Software" — Professor/Associate Professor position (with academic degree/title) — 4 units; Senior Lecturer position — 5 units; Lecturer position — 3 units.

 

        Persons with higher and/or postgraduate education in the relevant field and/or with practical experience meeting the qualification requirements for positions at Turan-Astana University are eligible to participate in the competition.

         List of documents required for participation in the competition: application form of the established sample; copies of diplomas of higher education and/or academic and/or scientific degree, document on academic title, list of scientific works and inventions (if any), document confirming work experience and professional level (certificates of advanced training courses).

      A competition participant may submit additional information regarding their education, work experience, references from previous employers, etc.

Document submission deadline: June 22, 2026, until 18:00.

 

Departmental interviews will be held on June 23, 2026, from 10:00 to 18:00.
