Philosophy. The foundation of our activity is the synergy of classical legal thinking and the challenges of the digital era. We form a legal elite capable of not only strictly adhering to the principles of legality and justice but also effectively managing legal processes within the Digital Law environment (AI, cybersecurity, e-justice). Our mission is to foster professionals committed to Lifelong Learning, whose cognitive flexibility and ethical responsibility ensure the advanced development of the legal system amidst global transformation.
General Information. The rule of law stands as the fundamental value of our Department's activities. We are a center for the formation of legal thought, professionalism, and responsibility, laying the groundwork for the future of the constitutional state.
The Department trains highly qualified specialists capable of responding to modern challenges and actively participating in the development of the legal system of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Our faculty is a stable academic community combining scientific potential with practice-oriented expertise. It includes 1 PhD, 13 Candidates of Legal Sciences, and 10 Masters of Law, ensuring a high-level academic school and continuity of traditions.
