TAU-EduBot is an AI-powered chatbot developed by Turan-Astana University to provide accurate and timely information to prospective students, their parents, and admission office staff. The main goal of the project is to improve the quality of consultation services during the admission period and reduce the workload of the admission committee.
TAU-EduBot will offer the following services:
Information on the university's admission rules and requirements;
Guidance on document submission procedures;
Automatic validation of submitted applications;
24/7 access to relevant information;
Analysis of incoming queries to improve service delivery.
The chatbot will be available through:
WhatsApp and Telegram messengers;
Live-chat on the official website — tau-edu.kz;
A dedicated web interface for communication.
The full release is planned for Q4 2025.
TAU-EduBot operates based on university-specific and government-issued admission regulations. The chatbot processes user queries in context and generates responses using artificial intelligence technologies.
