TAU – StudentSupportBot is an AI-powered chatbot developed by Turan-Astana University to provide 24/7 support to students regarding academic processes, schedules, registrar's office inquiries, and other administrative matters. The chatbot aims to improve service accessibility and reduce the administrative burden on university staff.

The AI agent operates around the clock via messengers and web platforms. When a student submits a question, the system analyzes it, searches through uploaded regulations and LMS data, and generates a response based on AI. External integrations (e.g., Ministry of Education databases) can also be accessed for real-time updates.
