Today, the usual rhythm of academic life within the walls of TAU took on a special significance: student activists and top achievers stepped out of their roles as learners for a single day to assume the responsibilities of executives, deans, and faculty members. To experience every facet of university life firsthand, one of TAU's vice-rectors symbolically took on the duties of a librarian. This gesture clearly demonstrated that every link in the educational ecosystem - from science and strategy to books and readers - holds equal value for our shared mission.

Holding Understudy Day allows students to gain a practical understanding of the full scope of responsibility behind administrative and academic decision-making:

• Executive Understudies immersed themselves in the workflow shoulder-to-shoulder with the university administration: they participated in operational briefings, familiarized themselves with the management system, and coordinated ongoing youth initiatives.
• Dean Understudies for the Higher School of Law and Humanities, as well as the Higher School of Business and Information Technologies, oversaw engagement with student groups, monitored scheduling, and ensured continuous feedback with the faculty members.
