Guest lecture

The cycle of guest lectures delivered by E.K. Bayalin continues.

On 25 November 2025, a guest lecture was held for first-year students on the topic:

“The Legal Profession — What Functions Lawyers Perform in Government Bodies Subordinate to the Government, in the Government Office, and in the Presidential Administration.”

During the lecture, students learned about the role of lawyers in public administration, their key areas of responsibility, the specifics of legal support for governmental decision-making, and the professional requirements expected from young specialists.
