Inclusive Performance “SOS of the Earth” as Students’ Contribution to the SDGs

Contribution to the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals became an important component of student participation from the Department of Psychology and Social-Humanitarian Disciplines as audience members of the emotional inclusive performance “SOS of the Earth,” presented by the “Triumph” Theater (Pavlodar). The event took place on February 17, 2026.

Attending the performance contributed to the achievement of SDG 4 “Quality Education” by expanding the educational space through cultural and social practices that foster environmental awareness, empathy, and critical thinking. The inclusive format of the performance allowed for a deeper understanding of the interaction between individuals, society, and the environment.

In the context of SDG 10 “Reduced Inequalities,” participation in the event strengthened the values of equality, respect for diversity, and social inclusion, as the performance brings together people with different abilities and life experiences.

In addition, the theme of environmental responsibility addressed in the performance is closely related to SDG 13 “Climate Action,” emphasizing the importance of caring for nature and responsible behavior.

Thus, engagement with inclusive theatrical art has become an important element in shaping socially responsible individuals and enhancing students’ involvement in the global sustainable development agenda.
