National-Level Champions: Turan-Astana Students Recognized as the Best Lawyers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
Third-year students from the "Jurisprudence" educational program at Turan-Astana University demonstrated an exceptional level of professional excellence at the "Best Lawyer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" national competition. The event took place from March 26 to March 28, 2026, at the B. Beisenov Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Our university team, consisting of Kristina Astafyeva, Zhanna Shaisaltanova, and Karina Filippi, was accompanied by Senior Lecturer K.B. Abilkasova. The rigorous preparation for the competition was conducted under the leadership of Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Kairat Zhaksylykovich Kapsalyamov.
Following the competitive evaluations, student Karina Filippi (Group YP-23-4) secured 1st Place. The prestigious award was personally presented to the winner by the Vice-Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Major General of Police S.A. Adilov.
This achievement serves as objective confirmation of the high-quality educational process and the deep professional orientation of our students. Within the framework of the national narrative "Law and Order," the success of our students carries profound significance, affirming their readiness to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens in a state governed by the rule of law.
