DIGITAL ART AND THE CULTURAL CODE OF THE STEPPE: TAU STUDENT CONQUERS ISTANBUL
Ramazan Nabiyev, a student from the Department of Design, Service, and Tourism at Turan-Astana University, served as an official representative of Kazakhstan at the prestigious Young Artist Forum, held in Istanbul.
Ramazan’s participation was distinguished by the award of an exclusive Fully Funded grant. This high-tier format—covering all travel expenses, five-star accommodations, and full access to the educational program—underscores the exceptional quality of our student’s portfolio and the international expert community's recognition of his talent.
The centerpiece of the forum was Ramazan’s solo exhibition in Istanbul. Through the lens of digital art, he presented Kazakhstan’s historical heritage, allowing the global community to experience the depth and aesthetics of the Great Steppe’s Cultural Code from a modern perspective.
As a featured speaker on the international panel, Ramazan shared his creative journey and his vision for synthesizing national identity with contemporary technology. His presentation explored the philosophical aspects of artistic perception and the critical issues of preserving cultural heritage in the era of globalization.
The forum’s cultural itinerary included visits to Istanbul’s leading museums and iconic landmarks, providing a profound expansion of professional horizons and inspiring new conceptual ideas for future multidisciplinary projects.
It is noteworthy that under the scientific supervision of Adylgali Bayandin, Ramazan Nabiyev consistently demonstrates elite performance. He previously secured the Grand Prix at the "Rukhani Mura Zhane Oner" international competition at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with his groundbreaking project, “Abai and Artificial Intelligence.”
Turan-Astana University takes immense pride in the achievements of its students, who represent Kazakhstan with distinction on the world stage. We congratulate Ramazan on this well-deserved success and wish him continued creative triumphs and further conquests of global intellectual platforms!
