Turan-Astana and ASBÜ: Integration into the International Scientific Community
On April 13, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed in Astana between Turan-Astana University and the Social Sciences University of Ankara (Ankara Sosyal Bilimler Üniversitesi, Türkiye).
This signed document establishes a robust legal framework for the qualitative expansion of bilateral cooperation in the fields of education and scientific research. The reached agreements provide for the intensification of academic exchanges, the implementation of joint educational programs, and the coordination of efforts in both fundamental and applied research.
The establishment of partnership relations with a leading scientific and educational center of the Republic of Türkiye aligns with the strategic goals of strengthening international cooperation and harmonizing educational processes in accordance with high global standards.
The Rector of Turan-Astana University, Professor Guljamal Japarova, expressed her profound gratitude to the Turkish partners for their openness and commitment to a substantive dialogue. In her remarks, she emphasized that this initiative represents a pivotal milestone in the university's internationalization strategy.
Professor Japarova reaffirmed the institution's dedication to forging long-term, sustainable partnerships with Türkiye’s leading academic and research centers, noting that the synergy of the two nations' academic potentials will create unprecedented opportunities for cultivating world-class, competitive specialists.
