Professor of the Department of National and International Law, Doctor of Law, Sman Aisana Smanovna was awarded an honorary medal dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 9, 2020 at a solemn ceremony in the hall of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan for services in the field constitutional and state building.
