Digital Transformation Department

• Development and implementation of the university's digital transformation strategy
• Creation and maintenance of a unified information-educational environment
• Development of telecommunications and computing infrastructure
• Administration of local and cloud services, ensuring their uninterrupted operation
• Ensuring information security and protection of personal data
• Integration of modern digital solutions into educational programs
• Support for distance and blended learning
• Increasing the digital literacy of teachers and staff, providing methodological assistance in the use of ICT

The department is headed by a director, appointed by the rector of the university. The team consists of IT specialists, system administrators, engineers, and analysts who implement digitalization projects.

The department's work is based on internal regulatory documents, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the strategic guidelines of the university leadership.

The DDT closely cooperates with all university departments, providing technical support, process automation, and the implementation of innovative solutions. Moreover, the department actively develops partnerships with leading IT companies, digital platforms, research centers, and government organizations that support digital development in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
