Vision. We strive to become a leading intellectual hub of legal expertise, where the rule of law is transformed into the professional competence of a new generation of leaders. We envision the Department as an ecosystem that integrates the fundamental traditions of national jurisprudence with progressive international legal standards to cultivate a legal elite capable of shaping the vector of the constitutional state and effectively addressing global contemporary challenges.

Philosophy. The foundation of our activity is the synergy of classical legal thinking and the challenges of the digital era. We form a legal elite capable of not only strictly adhering to the principles of legality and justice but also effectively managing legal processes within the Digital Law environment (AI, cybersecurity, e-justice). Our mission is to foster professionals committed to Lifelong Learning, whose cognitive flexibility and ethical responsibility ensure the advanced development of the legal system amidst global transformation.

General Information. The rule of law stands as the fundamental value of our Department's activities. We are a center for the formation of legal thought, professionalism, and responsibility, laying the groundwork for the future of the constitutional state.

The Department trains highly qualified specialists capable of responding to modern challenges and actively participating in the development of the legal system of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Our faculty is a stable academic community combining scientific potential with practice-oriented expertise. It includes 1 PhD, 13 Candidates of Legal Sciences, and 10 Masters of Law, ensuring a high-level academic school and continuity of traditions.

Key Areas of Activity:

Implementation of educational programs in national and international law;

Development of research activities for students and faculty;

Integration of modern educational technologies and digital tools;

Organization of practice-oriented learning;

Development of international and interdisciplinary cooperation.

Educational Programs:

Undergraduate: Jurisprudence, International Law, Digital Jurisprudence, Legal Regulation of the Economy.

Graduate: Jurisprudence, Compliance Service.

Department Functions:

Academic and Methodological Work: Developing curriculum, publishing textbooks, implementing innovative teaching methods, and supporting graduate employability.

Research Work: Conducting specialized legal research, training academic personnel, and integrating research findings into the learning process.

Educational and Mentorship Work: Developing professional and personal competencies, fostering a culture of responsibility, and promoting social engagement.

Student Achievements:

Our students consistently achieve excellence, including the Medal "For Contribution to Strengthening Constitutional Legality," 1st place in "Best Lawyer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RK," and victories in prestigious debate and international sports tournaments.
